I propose cooperation in the field of the current issue of debt collection. Having no small experience in the direction of debt collection and other areas of law, I offer you my services for the effective execution of judicial acts in the city of Almaty.
About myself I can report that I have work experience as the state bailiff In branch "Ust-Kamenogorsk territorial Department No. 1 on execution of judicial acts" of Department of justice of East Kazakhstan region of 4 years and the private bailiff of Executive district of Almaty of 3 years. Enforcement proceedings are carried out on the principles of legality, timeliness and transparency of enforcement actions and enforcement measures. Currently, the performance is 191 enforcement proceedings, and has two assistant private enforcement agent.
Civil liability as a private enforcement agent is insured in the amount of 1 000 000 (one billion) tenge in JSC "insurance company "Kompetenz", and if necessary, the amount of insurance can be significantly increased.
